We understand that University offered accommodation is not always what students require, alternative rooms in student houses are often preferred. We try to offer students the same social advantages of living in halls, but in a shared house. For many people, going to University is their first time away from home, and paying the bills can often be a confusing and worrying experience. With us, you are only expected to pay for your food and telephone calls, the rest of the bills are inclusive in the rent.
