As landlords, we offer a supportive service, though not intrusive. The houses are well-maintained and in good decorative order. We live approx. 20 minutes drive away, so any problems can be dealt with quickly. We also offer a fully inclusive package in that, for an additional service charge, we have all bills in our name and paid by us, and we supply common consumables, such as washing powder, washing up liquid, cleaning materials, light bulbs, toilet rolls, bin bags etc.
