Our houses are all in the same road, within easy walking distance of the UWE (Frenchay Campus). There is a cycle path straight to the campus. The area is residential, and comprises houses built in the 1930’s, mainly terraced. There are no parking restrictions.

Each house is able to accommodate 4 students. There are 3 bedrooms and a communal bathroom upstairs, and a communal lounge, separate kitchen and another bedroom downstairs. Each house has enclosed front and back gardens, full double glazing and gas central heating. There are electrical smoke alarms in every room(with battery back-up) and emergency lighting which activates in the event of a power cut.

The houses are fully equipped. All furniture, cutlery, kitchen equipment etc is supplied. Each house has a washing machine, fridge-freezer, microwave, iron and ironing board and a telephone which accepts incoming calls. Each room is linked to the internet with a 750k Cable Connection, although students do have to bring their own computer!
